How do you appraise a deal?
We have built relationships up with the estate agents and we use the leading property analysis data tools along with local knowledge and estate to appraise our deals.
Do you charge an upfront fee?
No. We don’t charge an upfront fee before we take on a client / Investor. We find out your criteria and source specifically to suit your needs. Once we have presented the deal by use of our In depth deal report we then take a reservation fee which is deductible from the total sourcing fee.
What are your fees?
We charge between 2-5% of the discounted purchase price of a deal.
When do you take your fees?
We take a reservation fee once you have seen our deal reports and would like to reserve the deal. Then we take the rest of the fee on exchange of contracts.
