TPPG operates in the Black Country in the West Midlands, specifically Wolverhampton and the surrounding areas, such as Willenhall, Essington, Dudley, Walsall, Coseley and Bilston. Having created good relationships with local independent estate agents, TPPG has access to various properties, some of which will be off market. What is your fee structure?
During the onboarding process, an investor pays a small, non-refundable fee of £350 which is then deducted from the first deal fee. Total fees are based on the value of the deal and the level of service that is required and are fully payable upon exchange of contracts.
What do I, as an investor, need to provide for us to work together?
Investors will need to provide photographic ID, proof of address, proof of funds and source of funds as part of the onboarding process, as per Anti-Money Laundering guidelines.
What do you offer as part of your service?
Thorough onboarding process to understand an investors needs, identifying suitable properties and completing all negotiations to secure the properties and overseeing the whole property transaction through to completion. This would include liaison with estate agents and/or vendors and conveyancing solicitors. Further services include interior design and arranging leasing to Social Housing Providers.
