8. Project Delivery & Oversight - After completion, you can appoint our Project Management team to oversee your refurbishment. We collect the keys, brief your contractor, manage the works, provide regular updates and complete full snagging before handing the property over to your chosen letting agent.


9. Exit, Refinance or Letting Setup for Return on Capital or Profit - Once works are finished, we coordinate with your letting or sales agent to support your chosen exit; whether that’s refinancing, selling, or moving straight to tenant placement.


GENERAL FEES OVERVIEW


Our fee structure is transparent and simple:

• Registration Fee: £350 (Non-Refundable)

• Reservation Fee: £1,000 (deducted from final Deal Fee)

• Deal Fee: Typically, from £3,000–£6,000 depending on deal type and complexity
