At present we charge no upfront any fee's to be paid to us will be upon completion of your investment.
Why should I use a Sourcing Agent when I can do it myself?
You can do it yourself, you could also do the full refurb yourself, look in to and apply for mortgages yourself. But often we don't do all of those things.
We do what we are best at, and pay professionals for their services. The idea is always to be as efficient as we can with our time. That's exactly what I am here to help you do!
What do you need from an investor?
Primarily what I need is honesty and as much info about you as I need to fulfil my role to the best of my ability. I need to gain an understanding of you, how you operate and where you are looking to get to in the future.
