The company boasts deep local market knowledge, leveraging established networks and data-driven insights, with real-world experience and community engagement to identify attractive assets and investment targets within these key UK property markets. Coresworth consistently goes the extra mile. Here's how:

On-the-Ground Research:

Walk the streets and regularly visit neighbourhoods to observe property conditions, foot traffic, and local amenities.

Attend local auctions and viewings to understand buyer behaviour and pricing dynamics.

Speak with residents and business owners to gather informal insights on safety, schools, and community sentiment.

Leverage Local Data Sources:

Use Land Registry and HM Land Registry Price Paid Data to track historical sales.

Analyse rental yields and void periods using platforms like Rightmove, Zoopla, and Home.co.uk.

Monitor planning applications and council development plans to anticipate future growth areas.

Build Local Relationships:

Network with estate agents, letting agents, surveyors, and builders to get early access to deals and market insight.

Join local property investor networks (PIN) or BNI groups to stay connected with active players in the area.

Track Off-Market and Distressed Properties:

Identify motivated sellers through probate lists, repossession notices, or direct-to-vendor marketing.

Use leafleting, Facebook ads, or landlord letters to attract off-market leads.

Stay Updated on Local Trends:

Follow local news outlets, Facebook community groups, and Nextdoor to stay informed about changes in the area.

Track school performance, crime rates, and transport upgrades, which influence property desirability.

While these areas represent our core operational footprint, our capabilities are not limited to them. Should an investor express interest in a particular area beyond these, we are fully equipped to exceed expectations, explore opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.

Distinctive Expertise:

Coresworth’s team and external partners bring years of hands-on experience in both property sourcing and property packaging strategies.

Our sourcing expertise enables us to identify properties that meet specific investor criteria—such as yield, return on investment (ROI), location, and strategic fit.

Our packaging strategies focus on presenting deals that are attractive, transparent, and easy for investors to assess and act upon.

We work closely with investors to understand their individual goals, risk profiles, and growth ambitions. We currently focus on Buy-to-Let (BTL) and Home of Multiple Occupancy (HMO)
