There is a one-off non-refundable registration fee of £350.00 to join our sourcing services. Each property deal also includes a deductible £500 reservation fee and a sourcing fee of between £1,000 and £3,000, depending on the sourcing requirements and size of the deal. When I’m registered, how much is the full fee to secure a deal?
Once you are registered, a property can typically be secured for £1,500, made up of the £500 deal reservation fee and the sourcing fee, which starts from £1,000 and varies depending on the specific deal.
When is the sourcing fee taken?
The sourcing fee is taken on exchange of contracts on the property.
What happens when I reserve a deal?
Each property deal requires a deductible reservation fee of £500. This secures the deal while the purchase process is arranged.
Are any of the fees refundable?
No, the Registration Fee is non-refundable and the Reservation fee is deductible from the end sourcing fee payable upon exchange of contracts on a deal reserved.
