About Lovellets Properties Limited
Lovellets Properties Limited is a bespoke sourcing and lettings service for Derbyshire and Yorkshire. Based in Sheffield, we cover Derby, Chesterfield, Sheffield, Rotherham and Barnsley.
We become your personal ‘Property PA’ who go house-hunting according to your bespoke requirements and hold your hand through the process as much or a little as you would like. Membership means not only do we become your ‘eyes, ears and legs on the ground’ but grant you unrivalled support with access to our little black book of local property professionals and a unique opportunity to join our ‘property community’ of fellow investors to meet, network and learn with regularly meets and guest speakers. What does NAPSA Membership mean to you and your business?
Property sourcing has a terrible reputation. By joining NAPSA we provide security and quality of service to our clients by adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and legal compliance. Why did you start a Property Sourcing Business?
We entered the sector as graduate professionals (teaching and dentistry) and with 5+ years as landlords under our belts. Nether the less, the jump from private landlords to building a professional, dedicated sourcing business has taken many years. This business is not the result of a 3-day weekend course on how to sell ‘deals’. We have sought the best property educators and networked extensively in order to provide impeccable service whilst growing a unique community of property enthusiasts and entrepreneurs.
What made you choose your sourcing location?
Derbyshire and Yorkshire are our home patch. Our families are here. It’s our home. The area we know and love, and a great mix of purchase affordability, high yields and strong appreciation when compared to further north and south of the UK
We don’t source areas we don’t know.
What has been your most interesting or favourite experience in the property sector so far?
That property investing is at its core a people business whereby transactions and relations are built, not just portfolios or properties.
