We are a property sourcing company driven by a passion for identifying lucrative investment opportunities. Our business was established in response to market demand from our network, expanding our existing property services to include expert property sourcing.
What made you choose your sourcing location?

What has been your most interesting or favourite experience in the property sector so far?
We focus on building long-term relationships with our clients by providing expert guidance and securing profitable property deals. Our goal is to support investors—whether they are new to the industry or expanding their portfolios—by sourcing multiple properties, facilitating smart investments, and bridging the wealth gap through strategic property investments.
What’s the most bizarre thing you’ve seen whilst viewing a property?
The property was in a poor condition—cluttered with junk, emitting a strong odour, and extremely unkempt. It was so congested that a proper viewing was impossible, leaving us only able to stand by the door and peek inside.
What would you like to see from the sourcing sector?
It offers extensive networking opportunities, along with valuable training on best practices. Additionally, it provides insights into legal interpretations and their impact on investments, ensuring informed decision-making.
What makes your business different to other sourcing agents?
As a property investment company with our own portfolio, we approach sourcing with the same diligence, tenacity, and care as we do for ourselves.
