What is the NAPSA Affiliate Scheme?
The NAPSA Affiliate Scheme enables members to earn a 30% commission for every new member that successfully joins NAPSA using their unique referral link. This initiative supports compliance and the growth of trusted sourcing agents across the UK.
There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make, giving you the flexibility to maximise your earnings whilst supporting NAPSA’s mission to improve the sourcing sector.
How to Join the Affiliate Scheme
Follow these simple steps to become part of our affiliate scheme:
1. Read the Affiliate Terms and Register
Visit the Affiliate Scheme page (ensure you are logged into your NAPSA member account).

- Complete and submit the registration form located beneath the terms
2. Await Confirmation
The NAPSA team will review your request to confirm your membership status.
- You’ll receive an approval notification via email (check your junk folder if you don’t see it)
- Please allow up to 2 working days for the approval process.

3. Access Your Unique Link
Log in to your NAPSA account: https://www.napsa.org.uk/login/
- Go to Account > Affiliate > Profile
- Enter your PayPal email address to ensure your referral payments can be processed – if you do not have an account, you can create one quickly here.
- Copy the affiliate link provided at the top of the page. (At present, avoid using the ‘custom link’ feature as it is in beta and may not function as intended.)
4. Share Your Link
Once copied, you may share your referral link via social media, email, on your website, or any other preferred method.

5. Track Clicks & Income
You can log in to your account at any time to monitor:
- The number of ‘views’ or clicks on your referral link
- The number of successful purchases generated through your link
- Revenue during processing, and payments once completed
FAQ
How will I get paid?
- Payments are made via PayPal. You must enter your PayPal email address in your affiliate dashboard to receive rewards.
- If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up for free.
How long will it take to get paid?
- Following a successful referral, we monitor for two weeks to ensure payment is received from the new member.
- After this period, we review and approve the affiliate reward, which is then automatically sent to your PayPal account.
- Please allow up to 10 working days after the review, although payouts are often faster. Our aim is to process payments within 30 days from a successful purchase.
How long is my affiliate link active for?
- Each time you share your link, it remains active for 90 days.
- The individuals you refer must join within this period for the referral to be valid.
- If not, simply re-share your link with them to reactivate the 90-day window.
